Our Story

Honoring My Grandfather's Legacy

Rock River Integrative Health is inspired by my grandfather and the Zhang family’s multigenerational tradition of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China.

Guided by the principles treating illness and caring for people, my grandfather devoted his life to helping others. His example inspired my own journey in medicine and continues to shape the values behind this practice.

My journey brought me to the United States, where family, perseverance, and a connection to military service have further shaped my perspective on caring for others.

Today, through Rock River Integrative Health, I hope to honor my grandfather’s legacy by providing compassionate, thoughtful care and bringing different healthcare traditions together to better serve our community.
